Parents and children must at a minimum know the following before they give consent:

1. That the m-RNA vaccine is a new, experimental vaccine design and has never been used in humans before.

2. That the m-RNA vaccines have not been fully authorized by either Health Canada or by the CDC in the USA or in most nations around the world. In Canada, they are under “interim authorization.” In the USA, the CDC has them under “emergency use authorization.” Full vaccine approval takes several years and multiple safety considerations – this has not happened with the mRNA vaccines.

3. That in order to qualify for “emergency use authorization” there must be an emergency. For the elderly population, for the vulnerable, for health care workers, there is of course an emergency – several thousand people in Canada have died of covid-19. But the mean age of those who have died is 83.8. There is therefore a strong case for vaccinating the elderly, the vulnerable and health care workers. Covid-19 does not pose a threat to our kids. The risk of them dying of covid is less than 0.003% - this is even less than the risk of them dying of the flu. There is no emergency in children.

4. That children do not readily transmit the covid virus to adults – and adults should be immune or vaccinated anyway. In many countries teachers had significantly lower rates of covid-19 than the general population.

5. That the m-RNA vaccines have already been associated with several thousand deaths in the Vaccine Adverse Reporting System maintained by the US government. These appear to be unusual, compared to the total number of vaccines administered, but they are a strong signal and cannot be ignored. As of 4 June 2021 and in the period of only of few months, 5,888 deaths have been associated with the m-RNA vaccines. These are associations and not verified yet as causations, but in any other drug or vaccine they would have been sufficient to stop the whole program – a pause, a regrouping and certainly a big signal to not give it to our kids. 6. That the m-RNA vaccine is already causing serious medical problems for kids all over the world. There is a real and significantly increased risk of a condition called myocarditis – inflammation of the heart for those kids vaccinated with the m-RNA vaccine. Myocarditis is a serious condition with long term implications for some children. Some children can die with myocarditis. This has been sufficient to make the German national vaccine agency to not recommend the vaccine to healthy children and adolescents. The UK vaccine agency, according to a report in the Daily Telegraph is also not authorizing the vaccine for kids. Tomorrow the CDC is meeting in emergency session to discuss this issue – there is a good likelihood that they too will call for a pause in vaccinating our kids. When will Health Canada act? The principle of avoiding harm is paramount.

7. The benefit of the vaccine in preventing covid-19 for kids is marginal at best in the small trials that were done. The ARR (Absolute Risk Reduction) is less than 2%. Small trials, like the Pfizer trials cannot detect real risk and cannot address medium and long term side effects.

8. That the drug Ivermectin, is the alternative – both for kids and for adults. And there are other early treatment alternatives. This common, cheap and very safe drug is being blocked in many Western countries.

HOW TO FILE A HUMAN RIGHTS COMPLAINT

If you have been denied service as an individual due to not wearing a mask, businesses could be held liable for up to $75,000 (varies by province). Further, no one has the right to request you show them your medical exemption, this is a violation of the Federal Privacy Act. Your private medical information is between you and your physician.

A business is not “private.” When a business obtains a business license they are open to the “public” and they are not permitted to discriminate against anyone who is exempt from wearing a mask (this includes anyone with a psychological, behavioural or health condition, or a physical, cognitive or mental impairment). If you fit this category, you qualify for an exemption.

Businesses are not being paid by the government to police citizens and they have no authority to do so. Masks are not legislated in Canada. There is no law stating you must wear a mask.

If you have been quarantined, fined, or denied access to a loved one, file a complaint. The government’s emergency measures are in violation of your guaranteed human rights. The Federal Emergency Act states clearly that no Orders supersedes the Charter of Rights or the Bill of Rights.
