The Tibetan monasteries were extremely hierarchical. Apeel Sticker on Produce in Canada - Be Aware "Don't eat anything with the "Apeel" sticker on it. It just appeared in our grocery stores. I saw it for the first time today. The cucumbers are not wraped in plastic but there's a big sign saying it is coated in Apeel to protect freshness and reduce plastic waste. The cucumbers also have a sticker on them with the word Apeel. I checked the company out, it's funded by Bill Gates and others and the WEF endorses it. And I checked their website out and you can't find any info about what Apeel is. Look at the frequently asked questions. They even tell you not to buy it if you're worried. In Canada so far it's just on cucumbers and maybe apples. In the US it's on avocados and apples and possibly limes, lemons, and cucumbers. The company is very mysterious about what the product actually is. And it can't be washed off no matter how much scrubbing. It even says this on the website in the FAQ. Supposedly it can make produce last up to 3 times longer. Suddenly the price of cucumbers dropped today to just over $3 for 3 cucumbers in a pack or $1.27. Happy Saint Patrick's Day? Many aren't aware that this holiday actually celebrates the destruction of the ancient Druid people of Ireland, who were the original builders of Stonehenge. The Druids celebrated the stars and the forgotten wisdom of the ancient ways, that's why they were referred to as "snakes" by Saint Patrick. The term "snake" originally meant very wise and knowledgeable, but became demonized and later inverted to its opposite meaning by the Holy Roman Empire.

Of course, they're never were any real snakes that lived in Ireland at that time, the term was actually a metaphor for the Druid and Pagan people, who were exterminated from the region by Saint Patrick and the Holy Roman Empire. The goal of this systematic cleanse was to remove any remaining connections back to the ancient Gnostic-Mesopotamian teachings from antiquity.

“In a recent post alluding to the Great Reset plans, I wrote: “At least Mao had some real goals in mind, even if his proposed methods made them impossible to achieve. Our very goals are dumb.” Rectenwald makes the same point in chapter 13, where he relates the history of perhaps history’s greatest pathocrat and his Great Leap Forward (sic). In sum, Michael Rectenwald’s The Great Reset and the Struggle for Liberty is the essential book on the subject. It lays out the players, the plan, the history, and the solutions. It peels back the propaganda, revealing the necrotic tissue beneath, kept alive only by the power it’s able to suck from the subject body politic.

The Great Reset is part of a long-running pathocratic project to change the world: 1) economically/politically, via a transformation of our current systems, 2) psychologically, through the propagation of a pathological ideology and the selection of leaders who are either spineless or corrupt, or both, and 3) spiritually, through an attempt to change what it means to be human. Like all such projects, it will ultimately fail. The question is just how long its undead corpse will continue the thrash on, and how many people it will take with it before it’s finally destroyed.”

This latest scheme unveiled at Davos called Giving to Amplify Earth Action (GAEA) aims to “unlock” 3 TRILLION dollars PER YEAR, “supported by more than 45 major philanthropic, public and private sector partners”.

The medicinal and health benefits of adding edible fungi to the diet is highly documented. See my new book for a deep overview. Medicinal Mushrooms, the Essential Guide.
However, what isn't as discussed is the powerful effect of adding medicinal and health-promoting fungi to the diet on a regular basis on our gut flora.
Many new research studies are published on this, some cited below.
In recent years, gut microbiota have been linked to prevention and treatment of human diseases, with direct effects on immunity, chronic inflammation, and even mood.
Dozens of new studies show that the diversity of our microflora is associated with maximum benefits (Illiano et al., 2020; Mosca et al., 2016).

Here is a profound statement from Mosca's research group at the Medical Research University, the Sorbonne, Paris:
"Most of the Human diseases affecting westernized countries are associated with dysbiosis and loss of microbial diversity in the gut microbiota." The Western way of life, with a wide use of antibiotics and other environmental triggers, may reduce the number of bacterial predators leading to a decrease in microbial diversity of the Human gut. We argue that this phenomenon is similar to the process of ecosystem impoverishment in macro ecology where human activity decreases ecological niches, the size of predator populations, and finally the biodiversity. Such pauperization is fundamental since it reverses the evolution processes, drives life backward into diminished complexity, stability, and adaptability."

Many recent studies explore the beneficial effects of mushroom polymers like beta-glucans on the complexity and health of our gut microflora. I have detailed many other benefits in my book and in my blogs, and hundreds of recent papers provide solid evidence of the many benefits of adding edible fungi to our diet, even daily. I have some form of mushrooms in my diet daily....reishi powder, turkey tail powders, shiitakes, lion's mane, maitake in stir-frys and soups among others. Wild mushrooms when I can get them, and ones I dry during the rainy season.

I want to point out that turkey tail is the highest in prebiotic fibers of any mushroom species (up to about 60%). While many people don't think of turkey tail as a nutritious, edible mushroom, I can assure you that it is good-tasting and easy to add to soups and many other dishes, even as an extract powder to smoothies and teas, which I have almost daily.
Making a mushroom powder is easy, only required a pot, blender and a food dehydrator. The process is detailed in my book with pictures of each step.

A point with Zero-dimensionality is a mathematical and physical singularity (such as a blackhole, or our entire local universe expanded from the "big bang"). A scalar (binary pair) with One-dimensionality is a line, arc-radian or knot - expressed as existing between the "length" of a "singularity" (ø-d) and the "edge" of a "plane" (2-d). A plane of Two-dimensionality is the basic Cartesian coordinate grid, a flat surface on which we (as beings in 3-d) may express 2-d shapes - such as, fundamentally, the circle, the triangle, the square and the pentagon. These "regular polygons" in 2-space correspond to the 5 "regular polyhedra" in 3-space called the 5 "Platonic solids" - the tetrahedron (of 3 triangles), the octahedron (of 8 triangles), the icosahedron (of 20 triangles), the cube (of 6 squares), and the dodecahedron (of 12 pentagons). In 5-dimensions - and (so far as we know now) all those above - there are only 3 such "regular polytopes": the "simplex," the "hyper-tesseract" and the "cross-polytope." The shadow each of these objects casts falls across the dimension below it (as 3-d objects cast 2-d shadows, and 2-d shapes 1-d shadows, so do 4-d forms cast 3-d shadows and 5-d structures cast 4-d shadows). So we see that from the 5th spatial-dimension, 3 "meta-structures" cast their shadows into the 4th dimension as 6 "meta-forms" there; which, in turn, cast their shadows down into 3-space as the 5 (Platonic) "ideal forms;" and these cast their shadow down as the 3 basic shapes in 2-space, and so on and so forth, down to the singular Zero-point.
